By using Daily Grid you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.

The service

Daily Grid () provides daily sudoku puzzles and lessons. It is free to use. We try to keep it running and the puzzles correct, but we provide it as it is, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Your account

• Give us a real email address, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Fair use

Please do not:

• try to get at puzzle solutions other than by solving the puzzles, or probe the site to extract them;
• send automated or excessive requests, or try to disrupt or break into the site;
• copy the puzzles or lessons in bulk to republish them.

We may limit or close an account that does, and we apply rate limits to protect the site.

Our content

The puzzles, lessons and design are ours. You are welcome to play, to share your results, and to link to any page. Sudoku itself is a public puzzle form; nobody owns the rules.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law, or liability that cannot be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses from using, or not being able to use, a free puzzle site, including a lost streak.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
